Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead the Quality strategy for a high-priority PDP, coordinating across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, and Operations.

You will drive key Quality deliverables, monitor metrics, and manage risks to ensure patient safety and regulatory alignment, while influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 7+ years of technical work experience.
• Or an advanced degree in STEM with 5+ years of technical experience.
• Experience in medical devices or regulated environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality strategy for a high-priority PDP with timelines, risks, and resources.
• Act as Quality voice on Core Team across R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing and more.
• Drive Quality-owned deliverables like Risk Management and Design Transfer.
