MPI is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager in Framingham, MA to lead the development and commercialization of advanced manufacturing technologies. You will manage cross-functional teams, engage customers, and drive programs from concept through launch.

The role requires a strong technical background in chemical engineering or materials science, 10+ years of engineering experience, and 3+ years in program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of technical engineering experience in chemical/materials domains.
• 3+ years in engineering program management.
• Experience leading complex engineering development programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Cross-functional leadership across engineering, R&D, operations, and sales.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with sense of urgency.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• Results-driven with focus on innovation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex engineering programs from concept through commercial launch.
• Manage planning, schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Drive development and optimization of products, processes and manufacturing solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, R&D, operations and commercial functions.
• Engage directly with customers to ensure technical requirements, deliverables and timelines are achieved.
• Identify, evaluate and mitigate technical and program risks.
• Support scale-up activities and the transition of new technologies into production environments.
• Develop and maintain program plans, technical documentation, status reports and customer communications.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve process performance, product quality and operational effectiveness.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance program execution and customer outcomes.
