Job summary

MPI is seeking an experienced R&D engineering leader in NH to drive complex product development programs in a global manufacturing context. You will mentor teams, solve advanced technical challenges, and influence next-generation technologies while coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, and quality groups.

The role requires strong project leadership, broad engineering expertise, and a willingness to travel; you will help ensure robust design, testing methodologies, and successful market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical discipline.
• Extensive experience in product development and engineering design in manufacturing/R&D.
• Strong project leadership with a track record of delivering programs.
• Experience managing multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
• Analytical/problem-solving skills incl. statistical analysis and root cause investigations.
• Knowledge of design validation, risk assessment, and structured experimentation.
