Job summary

Applied Materials, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a matrixed team of engineers and managers responsible for delivering manufacturing programs.

You will coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, operations, procurement and product management to meet milestones and optimize product introductions. Ideal candidates bring 6–8 years in program management, strong leadership, and expertise in MS Office tools; semiconductor experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with MBA.
• 6–8 years’ experience in project management, program management, data analysis.
• Exposure to Semiconductor Industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead matrixed operational team to manage program deliverables.
• Engage Pilot Manufacturing to meet milestones.
• Develop plan and execute product commercialization strategy.
• Analyze design for manufacturability and improvements.
• Prepare and present program status to senior management.
