Job summary

Materion is seeking a seasoned program leader to drive moderately complex programs from scoping through execution. You will apply engineering and project management principles, mentor junior engineers, and align work with strategic goals in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee cost estimation, schedule development, risk management, and vendor qualifications, while championing continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering required; MS preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience with proven project leadership.
• Advanced CAD and analytical proficiency; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages moderately complex programs; applies engineering and project management principles independently.
• Supports program scoping, cost estimation, and schedule development; evaluates manufacturing routes and cost analysis.
• Manages end-to-end program execution; leads risk mitigation and contract reviews; ensures compliance and deliverables.
