Job summary

MassMEP, the Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership, seeks an experienced Project Manager to advance manufacturing technology initiatives across the Commonwealth. You will deploy lean programs, coordinate advanced manufacturing solutions, and help clients evaluate, adopt, and implement automation, IIoT, and digital tools.

You will lead projects, mentor teams, manage surveys, and collaborate with sales to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience implementing automation, robotics, IIoT and digital manufacturing tools.
• 10 years’ experience in training, engineering, quality, management or supervision in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute continuous improvement activities across client sites.
• Deliver MassMEP training projects as outlined in grant or contract.
• Engage in client surveys and growth opportunities with Business Development Advisor.
• Interface with client organizations and MassMEP teams to ensure project success.
