Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in the United States seeks a Project Manager for Managed Service Delivery (MSD) to lead end-to-end deployments across multiple towers, ensuring alignment with contract scope, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.

The PM will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders at C- and director-level, apply HP methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), and govern risks and finances to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4-year or graduate degree in business or project management, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience deploying tangible assets and managing order placements, site coordination and logistics.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with HP Services policies, processes, and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Deployment leadership for multi-tower MPS programs, ensuring alignment with HP Deploy lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across print fleet management, software, analytics, and monitoring services.
• Manage governance, risk, DAIR logs, and handover frameworks; ensure contractual compliance across towers.
• Drive financial governance, forecasting, and cross-service opportunities.
• Lead and mentor project managers and tower leads; ensure delivery excellence.
