Job summary

HP is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end deployment and transitions within Managed Service Delivery for Managed Print Services. You will act as the primary customer-facing leader, coordinating across print fleet management, software, analytics, and monitoring services to meet contractual scope and timelines.

The role requires advanced project management expertise, stakeholder influence, and governance for multi-region deployments, with responsibility for budget and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience deploying tangible assets.
• Experience managing order placements, site coordination and logistics.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience managing external customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment phase for MPS programs, ensuring alignment with HP’s Deploy lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional, multi-vendor teams across print fleet management, software, analytics, and monitoring services.
• Oversee scope of work, prepare cost estimates, manage schedules, and coordinate operational handover plans.
• Apply HP methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and PMP best practices across programs.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
