Job summary

BD in the United States, RI - Warwick, is seeking an Associate Director of Engineering Program Delivery to lead cross‑functional industrialization programs from concept to commercial production, coordinating R&D, Operations, Quality, and Business leaders.

You will drive end‑to‑end execution, ensure manufacturing readiness, manage budgets and risk, and guide teams across sites to deliver scalable, compliant manufacturing solutions that support growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
• 10+ years in engineering, manufacturing, and program management.
• Proven success leading end-to-end NPI and large capital projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end industrialization projects from concept through design transfer and launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across process and equipment engineering, manufacturing, and services.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness, validation planning, and handoff to operations.
• Develop project roadmaps, budgets, risks, and change control processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and organizational learning in project delivery.
