Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing seeks a Principal Industrialization Lead to own the design-to-production transition for programmes entering New Kensington. This highly technical, hands-on role requires deep manufacturing expertise and the ability to influence across sites, not manage a large team.

You will maintain full visibility into all incoming programmes, drive process development, tooling/fixturing, work instructions, and production readiness across value streams, and lead launches to rate,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering, industrialisation, NPI, or production operations.

Responsibilities

• Own design-to-production transition for programmes entering New Kensington.
• Maintain integrated visibility into all programmes to unify intake and tracking.
• Lead new programme introductions (NPI) and drive process development, tooling, fixturing, and production readiness.
• Embed standards and requirements, assess programme readiness, and communicate gaps and mitigation plans.
