Job summary

BD is seeking an ISC E2E Engineering Delivery Leader to organize, lead, and deliver end-to-end projects for industrialization of NPIs and major modernization efforts. You will coordinate with R&D, BU and Operations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and safety compliance.

The role requires leading a cross-functional team, managing stage-gate governance, and driving manufacturability and launch readiness across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in engineering, program management, product development, or manufacturing ops within a large organization.
• Proven success leading large-scale NPI and/or major capital projects.
• Ability to indirectly lead a team of technical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver E2E project execution from concept to validation and handoff.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with R&D, BU, and Operations.
• Own project governance, budgets, schedules, and risk management.
• Drive design for manufacturability, standardization, and scalability.
• Ensure regulatory, quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
