Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks a Manager Quality Engineering 2 to lead a team of quality engineers and analysts at the Advanced Technology Labs in Linthicum, MD. You will drive quality programs, partner with programs and functions, and ensure robust process improvements in a DoD context.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in engineering or quality leadership, a SECRET clearance, and a strong Lean/Six Sigma background, with a passion for process excellence and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related STEM field and a minimum of eight years of relevant work experience in engineering, manufacturing, quality or program management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
• US Citizenship Required.
• Experience in the microelectronics industry.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
