Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business and minimum 10 years leadership in semiconductor-related ops
• Experience leading managers and cross-functional teams in 24/7 manufacturing environments
• Proven ability to drive transformation while fostering an inclusive, high-engagement culture
• Experience in defense/aerospace manufacturing with mission-critical requirements
• Strong communication with executive leadership and shop floor teams

Responsibilities

• Lead a large wafer fabrication organization spanning Process Engineering, Process Integration, Equipment Engineering, and Wafer Fab Operations
• Oversee staffing, prioritization, budgeting, and cross-functional alignment
• Hire, onboard, and develop employees while enforcing performance standards
• Embed operating rhythms and execution discipline across the organization
• Translate business priorities into operational plans and execution actions
• Foster accountability, innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement
