Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related STEM field with 8+ years of experience.
• 6+ years with Master’s Degree; 4+ years with PhD.
• Experience leading projects or teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
• US Citizenship required.
• Experience in the microelectronics industry.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing quality team at the ATL.
• Ensure compliance to AS9100D and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate program status and site quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customers and programs to ensure product/process compliance.
• Provide manpower forecast for the team.
• Lead internal audits and support third-party audits.
• Drive cost efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Mentor peers on quality excellence.
