Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and scale multiple engineering teams delivering customer-facing software and internal platforms. You will partner with product and design, drive KPIs, and mentor engineers across mobile and backend to ensure high-quality, scalable delivery.

You will champion best practices, coordinate cross-functionally across a fast-growing organization, and help drive AI-assisted engineering workflows to accelerate impact while maintaining engineering

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• 4+ years of experience building highly scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
• Ability to deconstruct architectures and distribute work across multiple teams.
• Ability to scope projects with targeted dates to meet business needs.
• Skill in negotiating with Product Management on feature prioritization.
• Excellent communication across engineers, leaders, marketing and operations.
• Familiarity with Agile software delivery and SCRUM methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong report-writing skills and data-driven decision making.
• Team-first mindset with ability to work cross-functionally in a large enterprise.
