Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time engineering management experience leading teams of 6–8+ engineers.
• Proven track record of disciplined delivery — tech spec reviews, weekly goals, timeline accountability.
• Experience managing and upleveling senior individual contributors.
• Product engineering background: led teams building customer-facing software.
• Technically engaged and comfortable in architecture discussions, able to read specs and make informed tradeoffs.
• Strong decision maker balancing ambiguity, data, speed, and quality.
• Uses AI to amplify skills and outcomes, applying it across workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead two squads to deliver consistently and sustainably against a clear product roadmap.
• Set a high-accountability, high-ownership delivery culture.
• Partner with product and design to shape roadmap priorities and tradeoffs.
• Engage in architecture discussions and guide engineering decisions.
• Attract, grow, and retain strong engineers and uplevel senior ICs.
• Work cross-functionally with GTM, AI Platform team, and other partners to unblock and ship value.
• Contribute to engineering culture by improving processes and practices.
