The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in software engineering and a strong interest in people management, with the flexibility to understand and assist with the technical work while fostering team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably building modern web applications.
• Experience managing, leading, or mentoring engineers in a fast moving technical environment.
• Strong technical judgment and the ability to understand code, architecture, system design, and engineering tradeoffs.
