Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a senior project engineering lead to drive a portfolio of Americas Generator projects with a regional team. You will own regional project control, define specifications, and align with global processes to meet service, quality, and timelines.

The role requires high autonomy and strong judgment in fast-paced execution. Required: engineering degree with 6+ years in design or project engineering, plus experience in electrical systems/generator engineering.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree from an accredited university with at least 6 years of design or project engineering experience.
• Experience in Electrical Systems or Generator Engineering/Technology and/or Customer Project Engineering.
• Master's degree level education is preferred for advanced responsibilities.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and plan schedule for customer projects.
• Manage a small to medium team of professionals and resources.
• Influence strategy and policy in the area of responsibility.
• Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products and processes.
• Lead programs/projects with minimal resources and communicate complex concepts.
