GE Vernova seeks a senior leader to manage a portfolio of Americas Project Engineering projects with a team of generator engineers. The role owns regional project control and drives consistent specifications and global processes for execution.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 6+ years in design or project engineering.
• Experience in Electrical Systems or Generator Engineering/Technology.
• Master's degree level knowledge or higher is preferred.
• US work authorization without sponsorship now or in future.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of Americas Project Engineering projects with generator engineers.
• Own regional project control activity and drive consistent specifications.
• Interface with Proposal Management, Cost Estimating, Partners and Customers.
• Mentor senior professionals and influence program strategy and execution.
• Communicate complex concepts and lead cross-functional teams with minimal resources.
