The role requires a PE license or equivalent, SRO eligibility, and experience in nuclear environments. A strong focus on safety, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science.
• Professional Engineer registration (PE).
• Active/Inactive SRO license with 5 years engineering experience incl. 1 year in a nuclear plant.
• ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 compliance knowledge.
• Unescorted access eligibility and medical clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide management of the engineering function with respect to station needs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the performance and development of assigned engineering personnel relative to site and corporate objectives.
• Fulfill engineering and technical leadership accountability for programs impacting site operations, directly or through staff.
• Participate in Business Planning, Budget, and Performance reviews for assigned staff.
• Contribute as senior resource to NGG-wide programs for standardized engineering systems and processes.
• Perform other duties as directed, including emergency response and outage support.
