Job summary

Constellation Energy, a leading private-sector energy company, seeks an Engineering Manager to oversee Electrical I&C and Power Systems engineering functions at a nuclear site. The role focuses on station needs, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality engineering delivery.

Key requirements include a Bachelor’s in Engineering or related science with PE/SRO licensure and at least 5 years in engineering (1 year nuclear plant experience).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science; PE/SRO license preferred.
• 5 years engineering or related experience, including 1 year nuclear plant experience.
• Must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage Electrical I&C and Power Systems Engineers.
• Provide management of the engineering function with respect to station needs and regulatory requirements.
• Develop staff to achieve site and corporate objectives and high‑quality results.
• Direct engineering programs impacting short‑ and long‑term operations.
• Participate in business planning, budgeting and performance reviews.
• Contribute as senior resource to NGG‑wide programs and standards.
• Support emergency response, outages, and cross‑department duties.
