Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking an engineering leader to manage the engineering function at a nuclear site. You will guide engineers, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop long-term assets and programs aligned with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities include leading staff performance, participating in strategic planning, and providing senior engineering leadership across NGG-wide initiatives. A PE/license and nuclear experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science, or PE license, with nuclear power plant experience.
• Must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 standards and access requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage engineers and deliver engineering technical work and long-term asset plans.
• Represent the site in ERO and rotational duty manager duties.
• Oversee engineering needs, regulatory compliance, and site objectives.
• Lead performance and development of engineering staff to achieve high-quality results.
• Direct and coordinate programs impacting site operations.
• Contribute to Business Planning, Budgeting and performance reviews.
• Serve as senior resource to NGG-wide programs on engineering systems and processes.
• Perform other duties including outage support as directed.
