Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Site Engineering function, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality engineering results at the Seneca site.

The role requires a strong background in nuclear power, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, and a valid SRO credential, with extensive leadership and budgeting experience to support outage planning and long-term programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science; SRO license acceptable.
• 10 years total experience with 4 years in power plant and 1 year nuclear plant.
• 1 year supervisory or managerial experience.
• Must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 standard for personnel.
• Maintain access and pass medical exam as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide management of the engineering function with respect to station needs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage performance and development of engineering personnel in line with site and corporate objectives.
• Lead in Business Planning, Budget, and Performance reviews for Site Engineering and supervise staff.
• Direct engineering and technical leadership for short- and long-term programs impacting site operations.
• Participate in Nuclear-wide programs to standardize and enhance engineering systems and processes.
• Fulfill other duties as directed, including outage support and emergency response tasks.
