Ladders seeks a Senior Engineer, iOS Consumer Apps for a remote role in the US to lead the design and development of consumer-facing mobile experiences for our digital commerce presence. You will collaborate with product, backend, Android, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions and improve app performance and reliability.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation: $103,000 – $127,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of professional software development experience with hands-on iOS development.
• Strong experience with Swift and Apple iOS frameworks.
• Understanding of architectural patterns such as MVVM or Clean Architecture.
• Experience building scalable, high-quality mobile applications.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and backend service integration.
• Experience with testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

This role will focus on designing and developing consumer-facing mobile experiences that support the company’s digital commerce presence. You will contribute across the full app lifecycle, partnering with product, backend, Android, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. The position will also play an important role in improving app performance, reliability, and the overall mobile user experience.
