Lockheed Martin Corporation in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking an Electro Mechanical Engineering and Technology Manager for PAC3 to lead a team of engineers and drive program development and execution on advanced military platforms.

You will oversee technical coaching, recruitment, and performance assessments while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and maintain customer focus. A secret clearance is often required for this role.

Formación

• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related STEM; MS/PhD preferred
• Experience with proposal development and Basis of Estimate (BOE)
• Proficient in CREO modeling, Windchill and electromechanical system design
• Experience with military defense hardware and high-reliability electronics

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical coaching and mentoring to employees
• Coordinate employee recruitment, selection, and training
• Conduct performance assessments, salary planning, and recognition/disciplinary actions
• Support program development and execution of program requirements
• Promote customer focus and serve as the technical conscience for the program
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
