Graphic Packaging International is seeking an Engineering Sr Manager to lead, manage, and perform work across multiple engineering areas of our operations. The role emphasizes standardizing precision maintenance, equipment inspections, and cross-functional training across mills.

The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on projects, scheduling, and technical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience required in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standards across all mills on precision maintenance items (Lubrication, Alignments, Vibration analysis).
• Develop and maintain standards across all mills on critical equipment inspections and PM’s (Safety Valves, Tanks and Vessels, Dryer Cans, Rotating Equipment).
• Develop and train mill teams in the MOPS process of scheduled maintenance compliance and effectiveness.
• Develop and train mill teams in the process of scheduling, planning, and executing mill maintenance outages.
• Work with mill maintenance and reliability leaders to setup and maintain training for mechanics.
• Interacts frequently with internal and external leadership and senior-level customer representatives concerning projects, scheduling requirements, and/or contractual clarifications.
• Leads briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives.
