Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent plus 4 years related experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• SQF procedures knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct, leverage, and guide the work of others and mobilize resources.
• Oversee two or more direct reports and manage team performance.
• Monitor operational and financial results for the area of responsibility.
• Hire, train, and develop employees and administer schedules and performance requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve department objectives and ensure policy compliance.
