Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standards across mills on precision maintenance items (Lubrication, Alignments, Vibration analysis).
• Develop and maintain standards across mills on critical equipment inspections and PMs (Safety Valves, Tanks/Vessels, Dryer Cans, Rotating Equipment).
• Develop and train mill teams in the MOPS process of scheduled maintenance compliance and effectiveness.
• Develop and train mill teams in scheduling, planning, and executing mill maintenance outages.
• Collaborate with mill maintenance and reliability leaders to set up and maintain training for mechanics.
• Interact with internal and external leadership and senior-level customer representatives on projects, scheduling, and contractual clarifications.
• Lead briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives.
