Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5–8 years in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage projects, resources and people, and meet targets.
• Proficient use of AutoCAD design software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to develop improvements within budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in engineering disciplines to support plant projects.
• Initiate cost evaluations, design and implement capital projects.
• Manage projects including machine design, integration, scheduling, and cost estimation.
• Prepare complex layouts and drawings per engineering standards and safety practices.
• Oversee installation planning, vendor contracts, and continuous improvement programs.
