Job summary

Lyft is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for app experiences, UIs, and infrastructure across backend, frontend, iOS and Android for luxury modes. You will set technical direction, balance investments and product work, and drive alignment with leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing engineering teams of 20+ members, including managers.
• Experience guiding teams through planning and design discussions.
• Proven ability to build trust and develop engineers and managers.
