GAI Consultants seeks a Senior Engineering Manager with 15+ years of leadership experience in traffic and engineering projects. This role is eligible for a sign-on bonus and can be on-site or hybrid at offices in OH, IN, KY, or WV.

The candidate will oversee engineers, manage project plans, monitor finances, and represent the client. PE license required; state agency collaboration and Design-Build experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading engineering projects and teams.
• PE registration required; reciprocity across states preferred.
• Experience with state agencies; Design-Build experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineers in plan development and financial monitoring.
• Act as GAI’s client representative on projects.
• Lead project management, including risk analysis and coordination across disciplines.
• May serve as Project Manager for selected projects up to $150,000/year.
