Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing traffic and engineering projects.
• Experience with state agencies; design-build experience preferred.
• PE Registration required; reciprocity in multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineers in development of plans, financial monitoring, and act as client representative.
• Lead projects with complex features; set priorities; reconcile competing interests.
• Integrate engineering economics, risk analysis, and sustainability into solutions.
