Job summary

Salesforce seeks a senior engineering leader to manage software engineers in the Information Technology Application Engineering and Operations team. You will drive end-to-end management of tools, systems, and applications supporting Salesforce Finance and HR (Employee Success) systems.

You will collaborate across IT, Finance, and HR to scale and enhance platforms for Salesforce's continued growth, focusing on project delivery, governance, and continuous improvement in a global, time-zone-diverse

Qualifications

10+ years in software engineering/ops with leadership experience.
Experience delivering Finance/HR systems like Workday/PeopleSoft/Oracle EBS.
Strong understanding of Agile practices and test automation.

Responsibilities

Hire and retain top engineering talent.
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers for successful delivery of projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scopes, timelines, and resources.
Drive adoption of best practices in software engineering, including Agile methodologies and CI/CD.
Champion MuleSoft and Workday integration solutions for Workday Financials or Workday HCM.
Oversee test automation strategies for Integrations and Workday solutions.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status; travel as needed.
