Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager, GTM Systems, to lead a global SalesTech engineering team building and scaling the Go-To-Market engine. You will oversee Salesforce ecosystems and 3rd party tools, driving data flows, reliability, and modern CI/CD practices.

You will partner with Product, TPMs, and Sales Ops to implement pricing, licensing, and quoting platforms while ensuring enterprise-grade performance and security across 20+ systems.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise B2B SaaS environments with 4+ years of people management.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end GTM systems, quote-to-cash, and enterprise workflows.
• Deep Salesforce architectural knowledge, security models, and multi-org release management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a globally distributed team of engineers and integration specialists.
• Define architectural vision across Salesforce, microservices, and data integrations.
