DAT Freight & Analytics is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Fintech Platform team that underpins our ledger and banking integrations. You will scale complex systems of record, coordinate with partners, and drive engineering excellence across a fintech-focused stack.

The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and mentoring engineers to deliver reliable, transparent financial software in a hybrid, modern technology environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined experience in Software Engineering, including at least 3 years as a technical people manager.
• Experience working with payments systems.
• Experience building and operating complex systems of record that cannot tolerate missing data.
• Experience with cloud platforms and data systems (e.g. AWS, S3, Aurora Postgres).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• We’d be Extra Excited if You Have Experience with double-entry accounting.
• Experience with asset-based lending.
• Experience with marketplaces.
• Experience with banking integrations.
