Qualifications
- 10+ years of combined software engineering experience, including 3+ years as a technical people manager.
- Experience with payments systems and complex systems of record.
- Experience with cloud platforms and data systems (AWS, S3, Aurora Postgres).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Fintech Platform team responsible for the ledger and multiple fintech products.
- Integrate with banking partners and lenders; scale the fintech platform to meet demand.
- Drive engineering excellence, ownership, and coaching within the team.
- Collaborate across product, tech, and operations to align on strategy and delivery.
