Postman is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a high-caliber US-based team responsible for the API Catalog’s engineering behind the platform that governs, ingests, federates, and reports on APIs. You’ll steer cross-team collaboration, own architectural direction, and drive reliability and cost-aware design for multi-tenant environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience taking a validated product from 1→10 at scale.
• Production ownership of an enterprise integration surface.

• Land work that crosses team boundaries and align commitments with other teams.
• Own the technical direction across ingestion, federation, service model, and reporting layers.
