Job summary

Postman is seeking an Sr. Engineering Manager for Ecosystems & Integration to lead multiple engineering teams and shape the developer experience for 3rd‑party partners.

You will drive strategy, collaboration with product and design, and deliver scalable ecosystem features that empower developers and partners to build, integrate, and distribute apps via a marketplace. You will mentor engineers, manage roadmaps, and partner with ecosystem stakeholders to define high‑value offerings while upholding

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a software engineer, with 5+ years in an engineering management or leadership role.
• Experience building and launching ecosystem features, platform extensibility, developer tooling or products for external audiences.
• Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Strong background in backend or frontend development (React, Java a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, mentor, and coach several teams of engineers.
• Drive a culture of respect, inclusion, ownership, and accountability.
• Set goals and provide regular feedback aligned with product and company vision.
• Design strategies for developer success across multiple product areas.
• Own the engineering roadmap for Ecosystem, including Developer Tooling, Integrations and Marketplace.
