Postman is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to own the engineering behind our API Catalog. You’ll lead a small, senior US-based team and land cross-team work, setting a clear technical bar and driving architecture, reliability, and governance across ingestion, federation, and reporting layers.

You’ll coach engineers, hire as the team grows, and maintain a collaborative, customer‑focused delivery mindset in a multi‑tenant enterprise SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• Experience shipping enterprise SaaS.
• Strong cross‑functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a senior team and grow engineers.
• Coordinate work across teams and unblock reviews.
• Own architecture and cross-cutting tech direction.
