Nike Inc in Beaverton, Oregon seeks a Senior Engineering Manager who pairs deep technical expertise with strong product ownership to drive the Consumer Product & Innovation technology stack. You will own end-to-end product roadmaps, set technical direction, and partner with stakeholders across Nike's Global Technology organization.
You will design and evolve reliable, secure web services, build modular front-end UI, and mentor engineers in an agile environment.
Qualifications
- Strong technical and non-technical communication skills.
- Experience owning a product roadmap and prioritizing a backlog with stakeholders.
- Ability to translate ambiguous goals into a clear, prioritized plan.
- Experience designing and consuming reliable, secure web services.
- Experience building consumer-facing web UI with modular frameworks.

- Own and communicate a product roadmap with business stakeholders.
- Translate research goals into actionable product requirements and backlog.
- Review designs, code, and tests and provide feedback.
- Lead architectural design discussions grounded in best practices.
