Job summary

This role combines people leadership with hands-on ownership of technical development strategies, guiding colleagues from concept through commercialization.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in apparel design/development, strong leadership, and a proven track record of cross-functional influence in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in apparel-related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of directly relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of apparel development: pattern making, grading, garment construction, costing, materials, print, embroidery, machinery.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of technical development strategies and drive best practices across cross-functional partners.
• Mentor and manage a team of Technical Designers to ensure quality, technical integrity, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee development calendars, milestones, and change management to keep projects on track.
• Balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic priorities while advancing commercialization readiness.
