Job summary

You’ll report to engineering leadership and shape scalable architectures for mechatronic systems that power next-generation athlete experiences. This hands-on role focuses on building tooling, automation, and simulation environments, accelerating how teams ship production-grade hardware-software solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience or PhD with 7+ years.
• Expertise in production AI and machine learning systems, and simulation environments.
• Strong Python, C++, AI platforms, and learning-based control methodologies.
• Experience accelerating development workflows in robotics or embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered development workflows, coding assistants, and automation for firmware and controls.
• Build and scale simulation and sim-to-real environments for rapid testing and iteration.
• Create training, testing, and deployment frameworks for model-to-embedded transitions.
• Partner with firmware, controls, hardware, and product teams to accelerate execution.
• Design automated optimization and evaluation systems to enhance controller performance.
• Apply ML and data-driven techniques to identify regressions and root causes.
