Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for Agent Experience to lead a ~15-person team building AI-powered features inside the Robinhood app for high-value customers. You’ll shape technical direction, align with product leadership, and deliver in a fast-moving environment with executive visibility.

Based in Menlo Park, CA, this role requires navigating ambiguity, owning hiring and performance, and championing quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years software engineering experience with 3+ years in management.
• Experience in consumer fintech or wealth management is preferred.
• Experience leading user-facing product development.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with product and data science.
• Ability to present to C-suite stakeholders.
• Familiarity with LLM/AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a ~15-person engineering team across iOS, Android, web, backend, and AI.
• Define and execute the Concierge roadmap from scope through launch.
• Deliver complex zero-to-one features, including AI-powered planning tools.
• Navigate ambiguity with clear direction and momentum through shifting priorities.
• Represent engineering in executive discussions with progress, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Establish quality measures and reliability standards for high-risk products.
• Champion accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
