You will collaborate with product managers and data scientists to drive the Concierge product roadmap, align with leadership, and ensure reliable, scalable delivery in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in management.
• Experience leading user-facing product development in fintech or high-stakes domains.
• Familiarity with building or scaling zero-to-one products and navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing engineering team of ~15 across iOS, Android, web, backend, and LLM/AI.
• Work with product managers and data scientists to define and execute the Concierge roadmap from scoping to launch.
• Deliver AI-powered features and ensure quality, reliability, and speed in a fast-moving environment.
• Navigate changing priorities with clarity and maintain momentum while reporting progress to leadership.
• Represent engineering in exec discussions, communicating risks, tradeoffs, and status clearly.
