Job summary

Robinhood’s design team is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape visual and interaction design across our product ecosystem. You will go from 0 to 1, build new systems while maintaining a cohesive identity, focusing on craft and prototyping, and exploring motion to create polished experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer with a strong visual design portfolio.
• Demonstrated success designing consumer-facing products, ideally in fintech or adjacent spaces.
• Experience taking products from concept to launch.
• Active use of AI in your design workflow - you already use LLMs to think through problems, explore approaches, and move faster.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to build and maintain scalable design systems.
• Bonus: Prototyping and motion design skills to bring interactions to life.

Responsibilities

• Use AI to explore problem spaces, surface edge cases, stress-test ideas, and generate early prototypes.
• Drive end-to-end design of key features across our products and experiences.
• Create visually compelling, cohesive designs that elevate our user experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Product, Engineering, Content, and Research.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system.
• Help set the standard for design craft and product excellence across the team.
