Robinhood in Menlo Park, CA is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for Agent Experience to lead a ~15-person, cross-functional team across iOS/Android/web/backend/LLM to deliver AI-powered features inside the Robinhood app for high-value customers.

You'll partner with product managers and data scientists to define the Concierge roadmap, navigate ambiguity, and maintain high reliability while communicating progress to senior leadership. This role offers ownership, scale, and impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years software engineering, 3+ years in management leading 10+ engineers.
• Experience leading user-facing product development, ideally fintech/wealth.
• Experience building or scaling zero-to-one products amid ambiguity.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with product and data scientists.
• Comfort presenting to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
• Proven ability to maintain service reliability on consumer-grade systems.
• Familiarity with LLM/AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team ~15 across the full stack.
• Partner with product managers and data scientists to define Concierge roadmap and launch.
• Deliver complex, zero-to-one product features including AI-powered tooling.
• Navigate ambiguity and changes while maintaining momentum and focus.
• Represent engineering in executive discussions with progress, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Establish proactive quality measures and reliability standards.
• Champion accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
