Job summary

Robinhood in Menlo Park, CA is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for Agent Experience to lead a high-impact team building premium, AI-powered features inside the Robinhood app for high-value customers.

You will partner with product managers and data scientists to shape the Concierge roadmap, deliver zero-to-one features, and scale systems with reliability in a fast-moving environment. This role is based in Menlo Park with in-person attendance five days a week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a management role leading 10+ engineers.
• Demonstrated track record in user-facing product development, preferably in fintech or wealth management.
• Experience shipping zero-to-one products and navigating high ambiguity.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with product managers and data scientists to define roadmaps.
• Comfort presenting to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders with clear tradeoffs.
• Proven ability to establish reliability standards and quality practices for consumer systems.
• Familiarity with LLM/AI systems or collaboration with AI teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team of ~15 engineers across iOS, Android, web, backend, and AI areas.
• Partner with product managers and data scientists to define and execute the Concierge roadmap from scoping to launch.
• Drive delivery of complex AI-powered features within the Robinhood app for high-value customers.
• Navigate ambiguity and changes in product direction with clarity and momentum.
• Represent the engineering team in executive discussions, communicating progress, risks, and tradeoffs.
