Job summary

Robinhood is seeking an Engineering Manager for the AI Platform & Agentic Apps team in Menlo Park, CA. You will lead critical infrastructure for agentic applications, guide LLM-powered platforms, and partner with Legal, Compliance, and Security to ensure trusted, auditable agent actions.

You will shape team culture, grow engineers, and drive a scalable roadmap for complex, regulated finance products with a focus on safety and impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing software engineers and shipping products at scale.
• Hands-on depth in LLM systems and production tooling.
• Experience running consumer-scale services with SLOs and on-call.
• Judgment in ambiguous, fast-changing spaces with measurable goals.
• Direct, clear communication across engineers, product, and execs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team behind Robinhood's agentic applications and own the roadmap for agents.
• Set technical direction on agent orchestration, tool integration, evals, and permissioning.
• Ensure agents are trustworthy in a regulated brokerage with audit trails.
• Own production reliability for nondeterministic systems with proper incident handling.
• Define and report metrics to leadership with clear progress indicators.
