Render is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for the Agent Platform & UX team in San Francisco. You will lead two teams focused on human onboarding/activation and an agent-facing, API-driven experience.

You’ll own the self-serve user journey roadmap from first touch through activation, monetization, and growth, while mentoring senior ICs and aligning product strategy with design and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow two teams, UX (human onboarding/activation) and Agent Platform (API-driven experiences).
• Own the roadmap for Render’s self-serve user journey from first touch through activation and monetization.
• Drive the agent-facing side of the platform via API, MCP, CLI, SDK, and Blueprints.
• Mentor senior ICs and build a strong career development practice while scaling the teams.
