Job summary

Render is hiring a Staff Product Designer to own Agent Experience end to end. You will design the full programmatic surface across CLI, API, MCP, SDKs, Blueprints and Skills, ensuring a cohesive product where human and agent interactions are seamless.

Your portfolio should show end-to-end journeys across developer surfaces, with strong emphasis on design Leading AI-native workflows and trusted agent interactions. collaboration with engineers and product teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience.
• Ability to design across GUI and non-GUI surfaces.
• Experience delivering end-to-end journeys for developer tools or APIs.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end experiences across surfaces (CLI, API, dashboard).
• Clear, direct communication and cross‑org influence.

Responsibilities

• Design the full programmatic interface across CLI, API, MCP, SDKs, Blueprints, and Skills.
• Create agent-facing docs and reference materials (docs-as-experience).
• Close the onboarding gap with configuration-first paths using Code‑described systems.
• Design dashboards showing agent-driven work and outcomes for humans.
• Design agent authentication and access with least-privilege concepts.
• Unify models so apps, services, environments are represented coherently everywhere.
• Place programmatic CTAs where developer intent is highest.
